Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk services including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key issuance
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with prompt professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to resolve guest concerns
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Complete daily reporting and maintain front desk organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Certificate (training provided)
