Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Assist with room assignments and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage reservation systems
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby/reception area
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy

- Must pass background check
