Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, public areas, and restrooms.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using hotel software.
- Assist housekeeping with room preparation and amenities stocking.
- Resolve minor guest issues to ensure a memorable stay.
- Uphold strict safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
