Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional service at check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas according to brand standards
- Assist with basic front desk operations including reservation inquiries and room assignments
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and security protocols
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop hospitality skills
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (for errands as needed)
