- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Assist with reservation management and room assignments
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards at the front desk
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn hotel systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
