Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash drawers and credit card transactions.
- Assist guests with room requests, concierge services, and local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards of quality.
- Learn and operate the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong desire to learn the hospitality industry with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of luggage.
