Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage registration processes, including verifying identification and payment methods.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues immediately and escalate to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access and ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest logs, process wake-up calls, and handle mail and packages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or reception experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Professionalism: A neat appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
