As a Night Shift Associate, you will be the face of our hotel during the quiet hours, ensuring our guests have a comfortable and safe stay. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest registrations and payments accurately using hotel management software.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming calls, respond to guest inquiries, and manage emails promptly.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and property throughout the night.
- Key Management: Maintain the key control system and distribute room keys to authorized guests.
- Housekeeping Liaison: Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are ready for the next day's arrivals.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company policies and auditing procedures.
- General Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training provided for candidates without).
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems is helpful.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
