Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms to maintain high standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
