Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, answering inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Operational Support: Support front desk operations, handle phone calls, manage room bookings, and process payments accurately.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the front desk area and public spaces are tidy, organized, and reflect the high standards of our brand.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
