Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process, including managing reservations and payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and chat inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facility standards are met.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and hospitality best practices.
