Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high standards of hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) in guest rooms.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces throughout the property.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure the safety of guests by keeping pathways clear and hazards removed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- No prior cleaning or housekeeping experience required; training provided.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
