Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
- Guest Assistance: Respond to inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities with enthusiasm.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage room keys and reservations efficiently.
- Public Space Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, lounge areas, and restrooms.
- Event Support: Aid in the setup and execution of conference rooms and private events as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
