Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage guest inquiries regarding amenities and local attractions.
- Assist with luggage handling, valet coordination, and concierge services.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare nightly reports accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Windows and MS Office.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
