Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in/check out guests using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with precision
- Handle payment processing and billing inquiries accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Provide local recommendations and assistance to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area at all times
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn PMS software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
