Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
- Managing incoming calls professionally and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Processing payments accurately using our hotel management software.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and welcoming atmosphere of the reception area and lobby.
- Assisting with concierge services and providing local transportation recommendations.
- Updating guest profiles and maintaining accurate reservation records in the system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
