Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and hallways.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person promptly and professionally.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of facility upkeep.
- Handle and resolve minor guest complaints or requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accuracy during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
