Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive front desk operations and concierge services
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following brand standards
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining departments for seamless service
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Assist with event setup and guest functions as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Zero prior hotel experience required – open to career changers and graduates
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable to role)
