Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Manage the front desk operations, including processing payments, handling reservations, and answering multi-line phones.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area and lobby.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and common areas are pristine.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and transportation to guests.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior hotel experience is required. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer literacy is a plus, though training will be provided.
