Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Execute nightly audit procedures
- Monitor safety and security protocols during shift
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability for night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Pennsylvania Food Handler's Certification preferred
