Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening and overnight hours
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly
- Monitor security protocols and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Perform nightly audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) with proficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night shifts
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
