Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas following established protocols
- Stock and replenish amenities (linens, toiletries, supplies) efficiently
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Report maintenance issues promptly to maintenance team
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
- Provide courteous, professional interactions with guests and staff
- Manage cleaning inventory and request supplies as needed
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic English communication skills
