Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at the front desk or in common areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all hotel departments.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform light cleaning duties and restock amenities as needed.
- Support special events and functions held at the hotel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
