Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations using our property management system
- Answer phone inquiries and provide local recommendations
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior experience necessary - we train!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be available to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for errands)
