Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of 200+ staff across departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B)
- P&L responsibility with $25M+ annual budget management
- Develop and implement innovative guest experience programs
- Oversee premium property renovations and capital projects
- Build vendor partnerships and negotiate corporate contracts
- Ensure compliance with AAA/Forbes standards and local regulations
- Lead crisis management and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years luxury hotel management with 5+ years executive experience
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization track record
- AAA/Forbes Diamond property certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Opera and Yield Management systems
- Exceptional crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Master's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- PHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
