Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and event coordination
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage P&L statements, budget planning, and cost control measures
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams through training programs
- Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local tourism partners
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record in revenue management and profitability improvement
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Deep knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Valid Florida Hotel Manager certification preferred
