Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Manage P&L responsibilities with annual budget oversight and cost control initiatives
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local tourism partners
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service recovery and feedback systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development expertise
- Advanced knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Valid Texas Food Manager certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
