Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests with speed and accuracy while maintaining warm hospitality standards
- Manage reservation systems and room assignments using Opera software
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions and services
- Fluency in English; Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
