- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using our property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Oakland attractions and transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
