Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using Opera PMS
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments, maintain cash drawer accuracy, and generate daily reports
- Act as local tourism ambassador with comprehensive knowledge of Omaha attractions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in luxury/hospitality
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish preferred) a plus
