Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and manage correspondence with a friendly, professional tone.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure 5-star service.
- Process payments, handle cash, and reconcile daily financial reports.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
