Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm, professional service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolution-focused solutions
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
