- Provide seamless check-in/out experiences while maintaining accurate guest records
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room inventory to maximize occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion, anticipating needs before they arise
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and valet departments for flawless service delivery
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with precision
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all guest interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Expert proficiency in Opera/PMS reservation systems
- Exceptional communication skills with flawless English fluency
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Valid DC hospitality certification preferred
- Knowledge of DC attractions, events, and transportation networks
- Proven problem-solving skills with conflict resolution expertise
