Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, check-in/check-out procedures, and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby environment and manage key inventory
- Assist with event coordination and group check-ins as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Denver attractions and transportation options
