Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/out processes, room reservations, and personalized assistance
- Manage multi-line phone systems and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Handle guest inquiries using our property management system and resolve issues with professionalism
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure guest information per brand standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak periods and high-traffic events
- Participate in daily briefings and uphold brand service excellence protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Texas Food Handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
