Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently using our property management system
- Manage room reservations and address guest inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Perform nightly audits and prepare accurate shift reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
