As the first point of contact for our international and domestic guests, you'll embody our commitment to excellence while managing check-in/out procedures, handling reservations, and resolving inquiries with professionalism. Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/out procedures using Opera PMS
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies accurately
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for guest rooms
- Handle guest inquiries with local recommendations and personalized service
- Monitor room availability and optimize revenue management
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback
- Collaborate with concierge and valet teams for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix attractions and transportation
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for valet coordination)
- Spanish fluency preferred
