Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out processes and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries using Opera property management system
- Handle guest complaints with discretion and escalate to management when necessary
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and generate reports
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and dining teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining security protocols for guest safety
Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proficiency in Opera property management system and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; multilingual abilities preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid DC hospitality license and basic first aid certification
