Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel property management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments efficiently
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and proactive problem-solving
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for special requests
- Act as local tourism ambassador with knowledge of Albuquerque attractions
- Maintain organized front desk operations and confidential guest information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hotel/hospitality
