Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests immediately upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems (PMS).
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or reception role is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
