Responsibilities

- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B teams for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proven expertise in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler/ServSafe certification
- Fluency in English; multilingual skills a significant plus
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
