Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/out services with personalized attention
- Manage reservations and room assignments using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain security protocols and access control
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Columbus attractions and services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
