Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls with a friendly tone, managing room reservations, inquiries, and service requests.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine front desk area and lobby environment.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address room status and maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or reception role.
- Proficient in computer operations, specifically Microsoft Office and PMS software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
