- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of Houston tourism landscape
