Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while verifying reservations and payment methods
- Manage room assignments and handle special requests with precision
- Operate PMS software (Opera) and process credit card transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Act as primary point of contact for guest inquiries and issue resolution
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate shift reports and key control procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems and basic MS Office applications
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
