Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries with prompt, accurate information about amenities, events, and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns using de-escalation techniques and solution-oriented approaches
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain detailed guest records
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and transportation options
