Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing processes accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera/PMS) effectively
- Uphold brand standards and promote hotel services and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Memphis attractions and local area
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
