Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and multilingual proficiency
- Coordinate VIP requests, room assignments, and special arrangements
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using LEAD conflict resolution techniques
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and concierge teams for optimal operations
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and hotel amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages highly valued
- Expertise in Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Knowledge of Miami tourism attractions and local transportation
