Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera PMS system
- Manage reservation inquiries and room assignments
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Provide local recommendations and assistance
- Uphold brand standards for luxury service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid NYC work authorization
- Basic knowledge of NYC attractions and transportation
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
