- Utilize hotel management software (Opera/Micros)
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or hotel experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays

- Basic knowledge of Raleigh area attractions
